PV Module Technical Director(Europe)

Responsibilities

1. Definition of Module Product Strategy for Europe in cooperation with Product Management of Headquarters and Sales Conduct competitor analyses on the Module portfolio of BAJ Solar；
2. Manage all technical and quality requirements for the Module portfolio of BAJ Solar in Europe in cooperation with Product Management and Quality Departments of BAJ Solar
3. Represent BAJ Solar in the technical community and with major labs in Europe；
4. Represent BAJ Solar on trade fairs and conferences in Europe.

Requirements

1. At least 10 years work experience in a similar function in the solar energy sector Attention to detail；
2. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization；
3. Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities；
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English；
5. Willingness to travel in the assigned territory Role could be home-based.
